We also provide mobile & shop welding services for industrial maintenance and heavy equipment repair.
We are available 24/7, year round, to complete your project in a safe & timely manner. With over 15 years of surface mining experience, along with pipelines and civil construction, we provide services from industrial sites to residential homes.
Some of our full time heavy equipment includes a Hitachi ZX200LC excavator with thumb and other attachments, a Kenworth T800 tandem axle gravel truck, a tandem pup, a quad wagon, a 30 ton tridem equipment trailer, and a Cat 262 skid steer. We are able to clear trees and brush, excavate and grade sites, and haul material both on and off-site.
Our fully equipped, medium duty International welding truck includes a 7,500 lbs 30 ft crane, VMAC air compressor, and many tools, able to perform any kind of field repair work. We have the capabilities of performing most welding processes in either the field or shop (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, MCAW, GTAW), as well as carbon arc gouging, oxy/acetylene cutting, and oxygen lancing. Our field suitcase welders allow us to speed up welding processes in the field, and our specialty equipment allows us to perform more unusual tasks like extracting broken bolts, and coring up to 6″ diameter holes with our large mag drill.
We are able to fully self perform services such as heavy equipment repair, field dragline bucket rebuilding, removing and reinstalling GET, rigging, wear plate, as well as crack repairs. Dragline or face shovel rigging and hardware can also be rebuilt or remanufactured in our fully equipped welding shop, including build up and bushing replacement.
